It’s truly one of a kind 💫. I’ve felt much more centered since the session, around my relationship with myself, my truth, anger, and my parents. It was such a profound realization to connect how my dad and I shared anger as a way to connect, and my mom’s avoidance tendencies and how they sort of slip under the rug in a lot of situations. It’s something that changed the way I look at my relationships, and sort of detach from them and notice when it’s just an old wound arising rather than a present wound. It was so trippy how I could feel so close to each person in the group, even if they weren’t my actual parents, I kept visualizing and feeling them there, so it felt so real, which just blows my mind 🤯. I believe it helped for just letting the ‘little’ things go more easily. 

In sum, it was a, like you say, potent, experience, to say the least, and I keep reflecting on it more and more as the days go by. I wish I was staying so I could do another one soon 😆. I feel some completion occurred yesterday with my mom. I’m not sure exactly what but almost like our karmic soul contract has been completed or the lesson I was to learn from her this life time? I’ve been doing a lot of work with her, in that realm.  Time will tell. I am grateful for the new lens.  Thank you for holding such a safe container for me and facilitating in such a beautiful way. It’s really interesting how gentle suggestion can really open one up to a whole new realm and consciousness. 

I’d love to do more work with you and the group work sounds really intriguing. Also I’d be curious how something could look for my kiddos? I attended the full moon family constellation session. I had never done anything like that and was skeptical about it at first but it was powerful, inspiring, and definitely worthwhile. I’m gifting a friend of mine a trip to Bali just to attend a session here. Zeff is an incredibly professional and wise guide who has obviously been studying his craft for a long time.
